A Rescue System Rope That Floats

Intended for high-load applications that normally call for a lifeline, but also require a rope that floats, our River Rescue Rope is compatible with Prusik hitches, ascenders, pulleys, and other rescue hardware. Its core is polyolefin covered with a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon sheath.

The rope is sold by foot. Rope ends are included. No charge for custom cutting. Specify desired lengths in order notes. See below for maximum lengths.

Throwlines: A Safe Choice

A throwline bag is the safest way to reach a subject in fast-moving or still water. It provides a downstream safety backup when rescuers must enter the water. Throw bags should be kept in patrol cars, ambulances, and other emergency response vehicles.
